The general description

Coupling consists of a frictional disk, assemblage of a press disk, выжимного the bearing and выжимного the lever. All these components are placed in big, executed of an aluminium alloy картер the couplings, clamped between the engine and transmission. The vyzhimnoj mechanism with a drive a rope.
The frictional disk is established between a flywheel of the engine and a press disk of coupling and can freely slide on grooves of an entrance shaft of transmission.
Assemblage of a press disk fastens bolts to a flywheel. When the engine works, the drive from коленвала is transferred through a flywheel to a frictional disk (these components are reliably pressed to each other by assemblage of a press disk) and further, from a frictional disk to an entrance shaft of transmission.
To interrupt twisting moment transfer, it is necessary to remove pressure of a press spring from a frictional disk. Pressing of a pedal of coupling pulls resulting rope which turns a plug of deenergizing of coupling. The plug presses press the bearing to sectors диафрагменной springs. Thanks to it the peripheral part of a spring departs from a frictional disk, thus removing from it pressure and separating coupling.

The increase in a backlash caused by deterioration of overlays of a frictional disk of coupling automatically is compensated by a regulator attached to a pedal of coupling. The automatic regulator consists of a gear segment, a latch and a spring. One end of a rope of coupling is attached to a gear segment which freely turns on a pedal, but kept in a tension by a spring. By pressing of a pedal the latch contacts with a gear segment, blocking it and allowing to operate coupling. As soon as the pedal is let out, the spring forces a gear segment to depart from a latch and slightly to turn, thus compensating люфт a rope.
Some late models can be equipped by coupling with an automatic drive which works by pressing of the lever of a gear change. By the time of a writing of the given Management manufacturers did not result any data concerning the given type of coupling.
